Return

At GR, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 15 to 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

🛠 Damages & Deficient Products

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or deficient in any way:

  • Provide details and proof of the issue (photos or description)

  • Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method


💳 Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
